Class Cancellation and Transfer Policy

If you cannot attend your scheduled class for any reason, you may transfer your booking to another available class up to two hours before the scheduled class begins.

You may complete the transfer through Bookwhen yourself or text Tanya before the two-hour deadline. When requesting a transfer by text, please include your name, the class you are unable to attend and the class you would like to attend instead. All transfers are subject to availability.

Cancellations or transfer requests received within two hours of the class start time will be considered late cancellations. The original booking will be forfeited and will not qualify for a transfer.

If you selected cash or e-transfer and cancel late or do not attend, the $10 class fee will remain owing before another class can be booked.

Clients with unlimited or complimentary class access must also cancel or request a transfer at least two hours before class. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in advance-booking privileges being limited.

If a class is cancelled by Kickass Classes, the affected booking will remain valid and may be transferred to another available class.
